Patty Stonesifer, the former chief executive of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation recently took a new job as President and CEO of Martha's Table in Washington, DC. Despite having her pick of the litter for various high paying jobs, such as university president, international development agencies, and other charities, Stonesifer chose to run the local food pantry and family-services nonprofit organization. I made a few photos of her for a Maureen Dowd story while she played with children during their day care program.
